I really like this idea I've been stnulggirg with the exact two issues you highlight how to filter information from a range of disparate digital inputs and how to direct it to the appropriate team efficiently (council or partner service).We've been finding that conversations about the same issue are taking place on multiple different websites and platforms and there is no straightforward way to monitor and collate that information, or a tidy way to present it. It requires a huge amount of officer time to do it using a combination of existing disconnected reporting tools and social media monitoring tools.A couple of things I would like to suggest. 1. Democracybot is designed with a view to working in partnership across a broad range of public sector agencies and community / voluntary groups. Because in practise that's how thorny local issues get dealt with. 2. A couple of scenarios would help with the vision of what Democracybot is aiming to achieve. Perhaps you could storyboard some examples to show how information from different sources and users would be pulled together in a meaningful way to influence those involved in local decision making and setting priorities. The process model is useful but doesn't quite get across the benefits for end users of the app.A final issue is how you would go about engaging different services/teams so the issue reported doesn't just drop into a black hole. Perhaps that's one to mull over.
